What is the typical rental duration?

Our standard rental period is 24-hours, however, we can customize the duration for your specific event length. Please specify in the request form if you will need an extended rental period. 

Do you offer weather protection?

Yes, we provide weather-resistant materials and secure mounting options to ensure your sign stays vibrant through all seasons. If you have any issues during your rental period you can always reach out to your deSIGNer & they will be happy to help!

How is delivery handled?

Delivery and pick-up is included within 20 miles of 75069 and $2/mile for each mile outside of the 20 mile radius. Please provide your address in the request form for custom delivery pricing.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can modify your order or cancel anytime. Payment is due at booking but we offer full and partial refunds depending on your cancellation notification. Please contact your deSIGNer for assistance.
